DISH is committed to delivering the best TV viewing experience, industry leading technology, and a TV signal you can rely on. That's why DISH offers a Reliability Guarantee. That means if you ever experience an outage due to a technical or weather-related issue, we guarantee a credit back to your account for the length of the outage. Just contact your DISH customer service agent to verify the outage, and it's as simple as that. Our reliability guarantee is Tuned In To You.

Limited time offer, subject to change. Available only to new or returning former customers. Guarantee covers signal loss outages due to normal weather and/or technical issues. Does not cover signal loss outages due to user error or catastrophic events. Does not cover changes in programming content. To receive outage credits, you must contact DISH customer service by phone or chat within 72 hours of the outage. Upon verifying the outage, DISH will issue bill credits in daily increments from the time of the outage until the outage is restored. Not available to DISH Outdoors customers.

Reliable reception and picture quality

The last thing you want to worry about when it's time to watch TV is your signal. We changed that, now all you need to worry about is what to watch first on our huge selection of channels because DISH has 99% signal reliability, based on a nationwide study of our customers.

No need to check the forecast

We do everything to make sure your signal is as strong as possible. Occasionally, something like very heavy rain or snow could cause a brief interruption in signal quality, but those instances are rare and typically very brief. If this were to happen regularly, we can inspect your system for damage and make sure your system is back to running at peak performance as soon as possible.

Cable can have problems that satellite doesn't

All TV, even cable, travels through satellite before it reaches you. Cable also has issues that satellite doesn't with possible problems like underground cables getting cut by construction activity or homeowner maintenance, branches falling on overhead cables or other weather related problems. Those issues can take a repairman to come out, evaluate and fix the problem, leaving you without TV.
